Our New President
Damaris Soto Frassica was born in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. She has a major in Interior Design and Decoration from the University Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UPHU), a major in Fine Arts from the School of Bellas Artes and Cultos, and a B.A. from APEC University in Dominican Republic. She attended Massasoit College in Brockton, Massachusetts, where she took Accounting and Business Management. She is a Licensed Florida Mortgage Broker, a Public Notary and Signing Agent. She has lived in Tampa since 1986, where she and her husband founded Habitat Home Realty of Florida, a real state company that serves the Hispanic community. Damaris enjoys working with people. She believes that a focus on education , apprenticeship, and cultural awareness among our Hispanic youth can make our community stronger. She hopes that her passion and dedication for Hispanic organizations and community can make a difference in the Tampa Bay Area.
